Michael has a great culinary background, most recently working at the Greenbriar in West Virginia, as chef de cuisine, and working at multiple Ritz Carlton locations such as the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead Atlanta and the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida. In addition to his work resume Michael has had the opportunity to work under great chefs such as Arnaud Berthelier and Thierry Delourneaux.

Taste of the Nation: No Kid Left Hungry Campaign
On Wednesday evening, April 14, 2010, guests enjoyed a culinary feast benefiting hunger relief at the 14th annual Taste of the Nation from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at The Wachovia Atrium in Uptown Charlotte.
